Mr. Nelson has served as Vice President and in other leadership roles.  He hopes this role will have an influence in his daughters, as well as, other daughters' futures.

Ms. Rainer holds a top management position with Sheltair Aviation in Denver, CO.  Her tireless efforts have molded this FBO into an award-winning location.  Her 12-year-old son follows in her footsteps and is excited for his future opportunities in aviation.

Lauren Burmester

Vice Chair

Mrs. Burmester plays a critical role in mentoring and developing young pilots.  She is also a Faculty Advisor for several aviation student organizations.  She donates a great deal of her time to organizations to assist women in their pilot careers.

Mr. Montei has accumulated over 10,000 hours of dual instruction, has mentored and has brought the love of flight to hundreds of pilots. He serves on multiple boards, is part of many organizations and is always ready to support the aviation community.

Mr. Lumpp has helped start and grow several businesses, co-founded the Iowa Business Aviation Association and now serves as the Co-Chair of NBAA's Young Professionals Council.  He was also recognized as one of NBAA's Top 40 Under 40.
